timeandnumberofunitsexpectedoftheproduct.5. Material.Materialchosentobeinjectedintotheparts.6. Otherrequirements.Includinginserts,threadedinserts,addedor
assembledparts,dimensionalreports,etc.7. Non-DisclosureAgreement.WehaveamodelNDAincasetheclient

MANUFACTURINGPROCESS
1. Quotationapproval.- Allmanufacturingconditionsaredetailedhere,anditmustbesignedandsealedbytheclient,andsentbacktousinordertoproceedwiththenextsteps.
2. DFM.- Design ForManufacturing.- Inthisprocess,weanalyzetheparttobeproducedandweagreeonthefinaldesignsotheproductcanbeinjectedseamlessly.Thisstagenormallytakes2or3days.
3. Mold Flow.- Areportismadewiththeinjectionflowtodeterminethejointandinjectionpoints.Thisstageiscarriedoutsimultaneouslywiththepreviousone,andbothtake2-3days.
4. 3Dmoldapproval.- ThemolddesignstartsonlywhentheDFMandtheMold Flowareapprovedbytheclient,anditwilltakearound4days.
5. Manufacturing.- Themanufacturingprocessstartsanditdependsontheparttobeinjected.
6. Test.-Whenthemoldisfinished,ina2daysledtime,thefirstrunofpartsismadetobeapprovedbytheclient.
7. Latermodificactions.- Requiredsampleswillbecarriedoutforinjectionofpartsfinalapproval.
8. Samplesapproval.-Whenthepartsareapproved,themoldwillbereadyforinjection.

2. Injectioninclientfacilities.- Thisiskeysincethemolddesignmustbedefinedinaccordancewiththetherightsettingsintheclient'sinjectionmachine,soweneedthetechnicaldatasheetofthemachinewherethepartsaretobeinjected.
