Superintendent's Welcome

Greetings and welcome to Franklin Community Schools,

I want to welcome you to Franklin Community Schools, and to this athletic contest. Thestudent-athletes have put forth a lot of effort in the classroom and on the practice field to get ready. The next few hours guarantee to be filled with excitement, challenges, and learning opportunities for each student-athlete.

I want to encourage everyone to celebrate and cheer with positive support for your team. What is positive support? It means be a great spectator: cheering for great plays or moments in the game, meet or match; leaving the officiating to the officials; and most importantly, honoring the student-athletes by being a great role model of sportsmanship.

Everyone involved in this event is doing his/her very best. It is our turn to reciprocate and be a great fans! As superintendent of this GREAT school district, I am pleased to the be “first fan” of the Grizzly Cubs. I will be joining in the cheering and celebrating of the competition. I believe our student-athletes deserve our best. Thank you for embracing the opportunity to be a great fan of interscholastic athletic contests. ADMISSION POLICIES FOR THE FRANKLIN HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT ARE SET BY THE COUNTY AND CONFERENCE PRINCIPALS.

By state law, the only income allowed to support our athletic events is through GATE RECEIPTS. Please realize when you do this that it is the ATHLETES and STUDENTS at FCHS who benefit. YOUR ATTENDANCE AND SUPPORT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

FAMILY pASS: Will include all sports tickets for each member of the family. The pass is honored at all home events. eXcepTion — The pass is not valid for any IHSAA, CONFERENCE, COUNTY, INVITATIONAL or any special event not hosted by the FCHS ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT.coST: $150.00 for a family of three (3) $160.00 for family of four (4) $170.00 for family of five (5)There is a $10 increase for every family member after five. The family consists of immediate family only. All children must live in the same house and they must be enrolled at one of the schools in the Franklin Community School Corporation.
