CBMTECH oxygen plant oxygen generators modules use Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to

separate the oxygen from air. Our oxygen plant equipment put the air as raw material, zeolite molecular sieve

as adsorbent, under the normal temperature low pressure, using the selectivity of zeolite molecular sieve for

oxygen adsorption. The purity can reach 98%±1%. Details work process is the medical air which after dryer

and purification, by switching valve into the absorption tower. In the adsorption tower, oxygen gas was gathered

at the top of adsorption tower, then into oxygen storage tank. Through the different filter to remove dust,

bacterial and peculiar smell, achieve the quality oxygen gas. Our Oxygen Concentrator allows the hospital to

have stand-alone oxygen production capability directly on the facility site.

CBMTECH Hospital Rotary Vane Medical Vacuum Pumps Systems are available in two configuration types:

Modular mount and Horizontal tank mount.

The AGSS system shall be a dedicated, specifically designed active extraction and disposal system for

waste anesthetic gas. It shall provide a maximum flow rate of 120m3/h. It's an active system which removes

anaesthetic gas any other areas fitted with nitrous mixtures from operating rooms and any other areas fitted

with nitrous oxide terminal units.

CBMTECH Steel O2 Gas Cylinders/Tanks

Digital Manifold Systems MS 400D series are designed to provide an uninteruppted gas supply with anintegrated

circuit borard . The automatic manifold systems monitor cylider bank pressure electronically,controling the

chanover when the primary cylider bank is depleted , and eliminateing the need to

manually reset the valve. Even in case of power failure, the system can continue to

supply gas without interruption.

Standard Constructions:

● Optional high pressure stainless steel braided pigtails with

check valve. Rigid copper pigtails are also available as an option;

● With relief valve for protecting downstream piping;

● Opitional with CBMTECH's ultra high flow regulator sserie.

prolong life.They are ideal oxygen generator device and widely used in hospitals, nursing homes,

cadre's sanitarium, family healthy care, rehabilitation center, the villages and mines. Besides,then

can also be used for plateau homework,tourism,mountaineering, and etc.

● Configuration: 2/4L oxygen cylinder, all-in-one valve,

oxygen bridge, special wrench, nasal oxygen tube,

polyethylene box(w/ wheels, easy to carry or transport).

● Time: Calculated in accrdance with the flow rate of 1L/min,

can be used continuously for 5 to 6 hrs.
