5. Rope Fastening

SIGMA MRL E1000 has hitch plates that are mounted in the overhead. The rope fastening

type is wedge-shape, so that it is convenient for installation and the rope length can be

adjusted.

6. Switches

SIGMA supplies the switches including main power switch, car lighting switch, hoistway

lighting switch and breaker with creepage protection. Different specifications can be chosen

according to the different working current.

7. Headroom wiring

SIGMA MRL E1000 headroom wirings are supplied by Express, which include the wiring

2. Rail Brackets

The rail brackets of SIGMA MRL E1000 are welded rail brackets and are adjusted by cutting

at jobsite. The rail brackets can be adjusted according to the hoistway size.The rail bracket

spacing is 2000mm.

3. Guide Rail Stand

SIGMA MRL E1000 rail stand is bending plate.

SIGMA MRL E1000 provides buffer stands according to pit depth. It uses bending plate

structure. Please refer to layout drawing for the pit depth.

6. Governor Tension Device

If the maximum rise is below or equal to 60m, the governor rope tension weight is 30kg. If

the maximum rise is above 60m and below or equal to 90m, the tension weight is 48kg.

8. Pit Material

The pit material consists of pit lighting, emergency stop switch, hoistway lighting switch. All

the wirings adopt AMP quick-assembly connectors.

9. Traction Rope & Governor Rope

Traction rope use 10mm steel wire rope.(When DL<=450kg, the rope is 8mm)

governor rope use 6.3mm steel wire rope.

10. Hoistway lighting

Lamps are provided along the hoistway with a spacing of 7m.

Two lamps have to be placed at 0.5m above top of hoistway and 0.5m above pit respectively

The lighting switch is set in the controller and pit respectively.

Remark : If lighting power isn’t 220VAC, factory supply hoistway lamp wire, local should

provide hoistway lamps & lamps holders.

11. Compensation Chain

The immersion plastics chain is used for SIGMA MRL E1000.

Car

1. Car Frame

SIGMA MRL E1000 car frame is shaped with bending sheet and bolts assembled. It includes

platform support frame. The platform support frame can be used as installation platform

when installation.

Crosshead Hitch

Safety Block is assembled at foot of frame. It is manufactured according to SIGMA

Specification.

Guide shoe, select sliding guide.

The balance weight to be used if required.

2. Platform

The platform of SIGMA MRL E1000 is shown in the below figure.

The enclosure is assembled at the side of platform with pop nut and bolts. The car threshold

is made of aluminum alloy with dust holes left. The thickness of floor decoration is 3mm, and

the process of standard floor decoration is sticking wood board on floor sheet and then

sticking floor hide (FL01M, FL02M, FL03M, FL04M, FL05M, FL06M, FL07M, FL08M). There

are no floor tile and wooden plate in the optional decoration, The thickness of floor

decoration is 30mm.

SIGMA MRL E1000 uses mechanical three points weighting device with micro-action switch.

ARD Automatic return

Main stop may be set according to real need of buildings

for single elevator. Car will automatically return to main

stop if no call is registered during presetted time, and

door remains close before answering futher hall call.

Main stop is usually at busy-traffic floors or ground floor.

A chime installed on car top will ring when the car

approaches landing to remind passengers that they have

arrived at the destination floor.

CCTVC CCTV cable O CCTV cable from car to machine room is offered

Voice Synthesis O

When the car arrives at floor or ready to move, the

system will announce about the floor number and running

direction by artificial voice.

ANS Anti-Nuisance O

If there is only one passenger in the car and an excessive

number of car calls is registered, such nuisance is

detected and all car calls will be canceled, requiring

registration of a proper number of calls.

Landing O

When gire alarm system in a building is actirated, the car

will return to appointed floor immediately. And send

such signal to customer.

By using a contact the elevator signal such as floor,

up-down, fault, over-load, fire alarm etc. will be sent to

elevator will out of service after this run. When the

machine temperature is below 120℃, the elevator will

become normal accordingly.
