ORDER OF COURT  

Upon consideration of the Petition for Writ of Certiorari pursuant to C.A.R.

50 filed in the above cause, and now being sufficiently advised in the premises,

IT IS ORDERED that said Petition shall be, and the same hereby is,

GRANTED, and the briefs of the Petitioners and Respondents shall be filed with

the Supreme Court Clerk’s Office as follows:

(a) Each party shall file Opening Briefs no later than noon on November 23,

2011;

(b) Each party shall file Response Briefs no later than noon on November

28, 2011;

An original and nine (9) copies of the briefs and supporting materials shall

be filed with the Court. In addition, an electronic version of all pleadings and

materials shall be submitted to the Court in text searchable Portable Document

Format (PDF) that exactly duplicates the appearance of the paper original,

including the order and pagination of all components.

Oral argument has been ordered, and the case has been set for such argument

on December 1, 2011 at 11:15 a.m., in the Old Supreme Court Courtroom,

Colorado State Capitol, 200 E. Colfax Avenue, Second Floor, Denver, CO 80203.

Oral argument shall be limited to thirty (30) minutes to a side.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the trial court shall certify

and transmit the Record on Appeal to the Supreme Court no later than 5:00 p.m. on

November 18, 2011.
