Remove bonus and duplicate cards,then deal each player 20 cards.

The cards should be kept ina pile in front of each player.

Player 1 attacks player 2 by turningover their top card and calling outtheir best score in any category.

Player 2 defends by turning overtheir top card and seeing ifthey have a higher ratingin that category.
