The duration of most of other doctoral program’s is around 4 to 5 years. At SSBM an average duration is 2 years. The objective of this professional doctorate in business administration is to provide participants with the opportunity to make significant contribution to both theory and practice in the field and to develop professional practice at the highest level.

Total duration for completing the DBA program is two (2) academic years or less which depends on student’s motivation to deliver the thesis.

Giacomo’s main research field relates to nnovation and Technology Manage-ment, both in manufacturing and IT companies. His research expertise is also related to bibliometric analy-sis where he served as methodology expert in various fields, from Innovation to Entrepreneurship, and Knowledge Management.

Mario Silic, Ph.DUniversity of St Gallen, Switzerland

Has over 15 years of professional experience in various senior manage-ment positions. He worked for several international corporations. In 2015 he obtained PhD at the University of St Gallen, Switzerland. He has published his work in more than 30 different jour-nals and conferences.

Sara Sassetti, Ph.DUniversity of Pisa, Italy

Sara Sassetti is Post-doc fellow at University of Florence. She received her PhD in Management from the University of Pisa. Her main research field relates to entrepreneurial decision-making, students‘ employability and HRM.

Dr. Alex Ekow Asampong, lives and works in the Netherlands. He has been coaching and supervising final year graduation students in several multina-tional companies in Europe, America, Asia, Africa and other parts of the world. At the University, he has also served as the Vice-Chairman of the Institute Council Board, and he is still serving as a Council Board Member.

Dario Silic, Ph.DUniversity of Lyon 2, France

In 2003 he received the Ph.D. in Economics, specialization in money, finance and foreign trade, the University Lumiere Lyon 2 of Lyon, France. Dario Silić is the Chief Executive Officer of concessionaire Bina-Istra d.d. within French concession group Bouyguesconstruction. He also spent many years as the company’s Chief Financial Of-ficer.

Ivana Nobilo, PhDUniversity of Osijek, Croatia

Ivana is a management consultant, executive trainer, inspirational speaker and lecturer who easily connects with the audience. Alex Lyon is an Associate Professor and Chairperson in the Department of Com-munication at the College at Brockport, State University of New York. His area of study is Organizational Communication with an emphasis on leadership, power, and ethics.

Andrea Patrucco , Ph.DPenn State, USA

Andrea is ssistant Professor, Project and Supply Chain Management at Penn State, USA. He received his PhD from Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy. He is also providing executive education teaching for companies (ABB, Astaldi, AXA, Danieli,Edison, Fincantieri, Fer-ragamo, Gucci, Mediaset, Pirelli, Sal-vagnini, Solvay, Unicredit).

Velimir Srića, PhDUniversity of Zagreb, Croatia

As author or co-author he published sixty eight books, more than 400 scien-tific and professional papers and hun-dreds of articles in popular magazines. He is professor of management at Zagreb University and visiting professor at UCLA (University of California at Los Angeles).

Meskina Olesya, Ph.DUniversity of BaselSwitzerland

Olesya Meskina has 14 years of professional experience in Teaching & Development. She obtained her doctorate degree from the University of Basel in 2013. She worked for several international companies. She is holder of several academic grants. In 2008 she was privileged to be selected as a recipient of the Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship.

Jaka Vadnjal, Ph.DUniversity of LjubljanaSlovenia

Jaka Vadnjal holds a master’s degree and a doctor-ate from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana and is an independent business consultant and lecturer. From 2015 2019, he was the President of the Management Board of a Lon Bank. He has advised a number of small and medium-sized enterprises and consulted several governments in SE Europe on the establishment of a support environment for SME development.

Martina Sopta, PhDUniversity of ZagrebCroatia

Martina Sopta is an associate professor at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Economics and Business at the Department of Managerial Economics. She has obtained her Bachelor degree and Master degree from the University of Zagreb Faculty of Econom-ics and Business as well as she obtained her doctorate degree from the University of Zagreb.

Anna Provodnikova, Ph.DNational American University Russia

Anna L. Provodnikova is PhD, she holds MBA, emphasis in Management, from National American University. She is a lecturer in RANEPA (the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration), Institute of Business Studies. Her research focuses on strategic management, mostly on finding innovative solutions to the problems that plague today’s organizations.

He is a full professor at the Department of Marketing, Faculty of Economics, Univer-sity of Zagreb. He holds a PhD in Marketing from the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb and in Sciology from the Alpen-Adria Universität, Klagenfurt, Austria. He is the author of over 100 scientific papers published in scientific journals, proceedings of scientific conferences and scientific monographs. He is a co-author of over 10 books, editor of several scientific monographs.

Ronny Lo, DBASSBM GenevaSwitzerland

Ronny holds a Bachelor of Engineer-ing degree from University of New South Wales, a Master of Science from University of Hong Kong, a Master of Technology from Deakin University, a MBA from University of Western Ontario and a DBA from Swiss School of Business and Management. His research interests focus on the areas of organizational culture, merger & acquisi-tion, and corporate leadership. He has extensive experience on both technical and commercial aspects with holding various senior positions in the engineering and data centre industries in Asia.

Goran Vlasic, PhDUniversity of ZagrebCroatia

He is a full professor at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Economics and Business. He obtained his Bachelor and Master degree at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Economics and Business.
