Introduction

This user manual refers to Saba Clinics Doctors Project No: Ran/cont/SABA/V1.0 and is prepared based on system users to refer to when in need and for new employees .This Document aims at addressing Saba Clinics Company – Saudi Arabia system areas of operation with specific reference to their fitment to Microsoft Dynamics AX365 for finance and operation.

Organization of the Document

This document presents the requirements solutions representing the current state of the system and how will it meet the requirements. The requirements are defined for each activity within a process and has a reference to the specific requirements defined during the Study.

❖ Doctors Overall Process : • If the patient is covered by insurance , the doctor is the only person

authorized to request a radiology/lab tests .

• If the patient isn’t covered by insurance , it is possible that he/she may

request a radiology/ lab tests directly from the reception.

• After the admission department create a visit to the patient and

referred to the concerned doctor , the doctors process going through

one stage :

❖ Stage One : Active Examination 1- Go to Medax Module > Examination > Active Examination

2- Select visit ID line

3- The doctor can fill the history of the patient as following :

A. Patient Complaint

B. Family History ( father history , mother history , siblings, type ) .

C. Social History ( smoking , pits , recent travel , martial status ) .

D. Past Medical History ( unusual childhood illness )
