Instructions to Print Attorney Bios and Practice Group Descriptions

The firm now uses Attorney Bios and Practice Group Descriptions from the new Website for Marketing Purposes.

Presentation folders are available to insert copies of Attorney Bios, Practice Group Descriptions and business cards.

1. Check Your Internet Settings:a. Access the Internetb. Click on File, Page, Setupc. The settings must be identical to the following:

2. Go to the firm website www.boutinjones.com3. Access the attorney’s page to print bio

4. Click on “Print CV”

5. A new window will open; click on the printer icon and send to Alpha, Bravo or Juliet (must be sent to a color printer)

6. Click on back arrow to get close out of CV window and go back to website.

7. If you need to print a Practice Group Description, go to that page and click on “Print” on the

page. Do not print directly from the page using the browser printer selection.

8. Wait for the second window to open, then click on Print and send to Alpha, Bravo or Juliet.

10. To print the firm description, click on Firm Overview and click on the “Print” button on the page, not the print button on the browser line.

11. When the new box opens, you can print from the browser line.12. Click on the back arrow to go back to the website.

13. Do not print pages directly from the website, but rather click on the Print button on each page and then print from the new window so that each page is formatted to be consistent with all others.
