AbstractThis document contains the meeting minutes from the TGn ad hoc held May 9-11, 2007.

Chair called the meeting to order at 8:30 am Eastern time, May 9, 2007.The opening report document presented was 11-07-0625-00-000n-tgn-adhoc-report-may-07

The list of registered attendees was noted as well as the actual attendees. Several people were asked to complete he on-line registration.

The revised IPR policy was presented in 11-07-0625-00-000n-tgn-adhoc-report-may-07 and there was one comment noted:Rolf De Vegt reported“Qualcomm may have intellectual property underlying a contribution that, if adopted, could be essential to the practice of the standard. If we do, we will timely comply with all IEEE requirements regarding IPRs an disclosure. “

The sequence of ad hoc sessions to be held was reviewed and agreed upon for May 9 and May 10 and documented in 11-07-0625-01-000n-tgn-adhoc-report-may-07.

The meeting was recessed at 18:00 ET .

Meeting day 2 resumed at 8:15 am ET May 10. The plans for the day were discussed and a schedule for May 11 agreed upon as documented in 11-07-0625-02-000n-tgn-adhoc-report-may-07.

Day 2 was recessed at 18:00 ET.

Day 3 began on May 11 at 8:15 ET with a review of 11-07-0625-00-000n-tgn-adhoc-report-may-07 .There were no changes made.

The ad hocs concluded at 17:30 ETand the remaining ½ hour was used to dicuss plans for the following week of interims.

The results of that discussion were captured in 11-07-0625-03-000n-tgn-adhoc-report-may-07.

It was noted that there were 154 TGn documents, or revisions of documents, posted since the close of the March meeting.Many of these were reviewed during the ad hoc session.
