The Best Advice Ever About Money

Wanna know the best advice ever you can get about money?

Here it is...

Let's say that you are getting regular monthly salary from work and

you are happy with it. Now, at the end of the month (and most of the

time, two days after you get your paychecks), you wonder where all

your money is gone.

You begin reasoning.

30% of it goes to house mortgage.

20% of it goes to car payment.

10% of it goes to credit card payment.

5% of it goes to utility bills.

etc, etc, etc...

"That should be fine. I've got all taken care of. Next month, I'll get

another paycheck and the same cycle goes on and on... enough for me

to survive the whole life."





Well, you gotta be careful now.

What happens if your car broke down?

What happens if your kitchen needed renovation after a heavy stormlast night?

What happens if you suddenly forgot that you've overspent your credit

card?

What happens if you fell sick?

Things could be worse, and now is the time that the cliche "Fix yourroof on a sunny day" is very much true to you.

You don't want this to happen to you, right?

There could be thousands of things that could go wrong in our lives

but unless we realize that we need to prepare for the worse, we'll

never get ahead of ourselves.

Sometimes, fixed salary could be a good thing for you because you

can plan with what you want to do with your money on a predictable

basis. Though I strongly believe that you still need a secondary income

- preferably a recurring secondary income - to improve your financial

situation at any level.

And, the best plan to improving your financial situation is...

PAY YOURSELF FIRST.

That's right!





Regardless if you have $300,000 of house mortgage or a $100,000

savings in the bank, make it a habit to pay yourself right after you get

your monthly paychecks. This habit will definitely help.

Let's see...

You've been paying everybody you owe every month. You pay the

bills, the banks, the mechanics, the who knows who and you actually

get nothing, except settling the scores.

There's just another person that you forget to pay - that is YOU.

Imagine yourself as a bill collector on yourself. No matter what, you

have to pay yourself at the beginning of every month (I suggest 10%

of your salary. The more is better) - or else you cease to function as

yourself.

Never fail to pay your SELF and only after you pay yourself, then you

pay the others.

Hard?

Yes, at first, but once you put the action of "Paying Yourself First" into

habit, you'll actually enjoy doing it, knowing that you do good deeds to

yourself.

Try it once. Then do it the second month. And then, another... and

another.

PAY YOURSELF FIRST because you deserve much more than the other

bill collectors.





Your Guarantee In An Online Home Business

There were a few people asking me to give them my personal

guarantee in an online home business and only then, they'll consider

joining my program. These are the people who are playing smart

before jumping into any online business.

I assume that they have lots of experience in this field or they

probably lost some money in any home based business or internet

MLM before. Maybe this time, they want to be extra careful. That is

perfectly fine with me.

Normally, I love to reply them politely and say a few words about my

own personal "home business guarantee" in my own way, but when I

get more of the same question, I get tired.

First, I can guarantee this - if you apply for a job, you'll be offered a

fix amount of salary. In return, you have to be in the office from 9 to 5

for 5 days a week whether you like it or not. I'm not going to say bad

thing about having a job, because a job is still probably one of the best

options to get a fixed income. But, having a business is another step

up for your current salary, if you want more income in life.





The point that I want to make here is that you have to give in order

for you to get. In a job, you give your time and skills or talents for

dollars.

The same concept also applies in the online home based business. You

have to put your own effort as well to start seeing results. That is

giving your best to make it work - not just half-heartedly do it. Your

effort can also be in the form of time, skills or money.

There might be many methods and approaches that you need to learn

too. So, take your best effort to practice these lessons. Don't just see

them as only theories. These are the skills that may help you growyour business faster.

The second point is that a home based business is not a job. It is a

business and if you ask majority of business people out there, they'll

tell you that only you can guarantee your own success - not anyone

else.

I still remember a quote "if you want a guarantee in a business, find a

job". Well, I guess it is true. It is not easy to run your own home

based business. It might be simple but it doesn't necessarily mean

easy.

The problem is that many people are looking for a business with a

thinking of an employee. They thought that they could get the results

by the end of the month, the business can take care by itself orsomeone else is going to make sure that they succeed.

But, a business doesn't work like that. There is profit and loss. There

are people who went bankrupt, and there are people who became

millionaires in the same business both groups were in. They were





millionaires who went bankrupt, and there were also people who were

bankrupt and became millionaires afterwards.

However, if you still really want to get my personal guarantee in a

business, I can say that you need to have the right mindset, a good

system and business plan to follow, and being persistent in what you

do.

Then, I can guarantee that you will succeed.





7 Critical Distinctions Between A Producer AndA Procrastinator

Oftentimes, we fall into both a producer and a procrastinator category

in our lives. What we need to know is that being a procrastinator is not

something good and once we realize the state we're in, we have tostand back up and become a producer again. That will make sure that

the results we're getting are aligned with the vision we're creating.

I had a chance to listen to a one-hour teleseminar by Johnny Wimbrey

recently and managed to jot down a few points for the readers to

benefit. The topic matched nicely with the points that we're discussing

here.

What are the 7 critical distinctions between a producer and a

procrastinator?

Here are a few points Johnny Wimbrey talked about.

1. A P roducer Is A W inner But A Procrastinator Is A Whiner.

Producers have a winning mindset. They eat, sleep and breathe

winning possibility. These are the people who surround themselves

around other winners. They allow themselves to be mentored by other

successful people, and they become students for life. If there are any





problems, they know that they themselves are bigger than the

problems they face.

Procrastinators have stinking thinking and always look at things in a

negative perspective. They focus on personal and external limitations.

When there is a problem, they whine, cry and question everything in

life. They don't seek advice and are not interested to be mentored by

other successful people.

2. A Producer I s Responsive But A P rocrastinator Is Reactive.

Response is the root of responsibility. This is the quality of a producer.

Being responsive means that producers control circumstances and

they think before taking action.

Procrastinators, on the other hand, react to circumstances. They act

without thought. When something happens, they can become panic

and lose control. This leads to more bad circumstances in life.

3. A Producer IS Optimistic But A P rocrastinator Is Pessimistic.

Producers address challenges in life effectively. They understand that

there will be hard time and although nobody likes hard time in life,

producers are always prepared to face circumstances. They see

through the clouds and believe that there is always sunshine.

Procrastinators run from challenges. In fact, they don't like facing

them. They are fearful and when challenges arise, they feel stressed

as if they couldn't charge through hell in life.





4. A Producer Takes Risk But A P rocrastinator Makes Wishes.

Risk takers create moment of possibility through invested time, money

and energy in their dreams. Producers know that they have to be

'sacrificial' and give something up so that they can get up in life. They

don't know what tomorrow will bring but they are ready to face the

unknown.

Procrastinators hope for the moment of possibility. They wish that

their dreams come true and become content and comfortable. They

fear the unknown and are not ready to step out of their comfort zone.

In the end, they stay where they are with the unfulfilled wishes.

5. A Producer Has Visions But A P rocrastinator Has Only

Illusions.

Producers have faith in their decisions. They see obstacle and see

through it. They know that they will get their goals with their actions.

That's why producers are firm believers in goal setting. They start their

journey now and don't delay.

Procrastinators want their results based on sight, meaning that they

have to see the results first before taking action. That is why there's

always lots of reasons why they do not get started at something. What

they do is only inventing obstacle that does not exist in the first place.

6. A Producer Has P reparation But A P rocrastinator Has

Improvision.

Producers are always prepared and they inspect what they expect. For

example, if they have speaking engagement, they will make sure that

everything like research on topic, target audience and appropriate





content is taken care of. And, they will make sure that what they

expect to deliver will satisfy the audience. Then, they stay on plan.

Procrastinators don't expect to be successful. Whatever happens will

happen and they keep on hoping that their wishes come true. They

move by emotion and after information.

7. A Producer Execute But A Procrastinator Makes Excuses In

Life.

Producers have an attitude that they MUST be successful. They will

implement and execute the right principals to reach their goals. In

order for them to be successful, they will participate in anything that

will lead them to their goals. Producers also have a sense of urgency in

what they do and they begin with an end in mind.

Procrastinators, however, just have justifications. They will justify for

any reasons why they fail in life. They WANT to be successful but don't

think that they MUST be successful. It leads them to postpone their

action because of their dead-end mind says so.

To summarize, I have to admit that these 7 critical distinctions

between a producer and a procrastinator are a reminder for you and

me. We will fall in one of these two categories in life, but we have to

realize it quickly and align ourselves with the producer mindset.

Let me close by what Johnny Wimbrey said in his teleseminar.

"I WANT You To Be Successful But I MUST Be Successful".

Let's all have this quote embedded in our mind at all time.





The 9 Environments of Millionaires

At the beginning of the call, I heard Jim Bunch mentioning the most

important point that will stick in my mind for a very long time.

"Surround yourself with the best of the best and you'll produce the

results of the best of the best."

If you are into personal development, I believe that there is nothing

new in that statement. However, Jim continued by saying that your

"will power" is on only when you turn it on, but environments will stick

with you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you managed to be in millionaire environments every second of your

life, wouldn't it make sense that you'll stay millionaire or become a

millionaire one day?

That clicked and made me want to know more about the environments

Jim was referring to. In this article, I will briefly mention what the 9

environments of millionaires are as discussed by Jim Bunch.

1. Memetic Environment

Beliefs, ideas, knowledge and concepts are examples of memetic

environment. They are intangible and very important because it starts





with you believing that you can get what you want in life. You might

ask "how to change your belief". The answer is to change what you do

and the result will change too. As soon as you see the results, you

begin to believe. Think like a millionaire.

2. Relationships Environment

Family, friends, colleague and support personnel are in the

"relationship environment". This environment controls your behavior

that causes you to think, act and feel in a certain way. As hard as it

can be, sometimes you have to let go off some relationships in your

life because they are not bringing in closer to your goals in life. Build amillionaire relationship with those who will always push you closer to

your dreams and goals.

3. Network Environment

It is simply a community that you are in. This community has rules,

values and beliefs on its own. You have to be extremely selective in

choosing your network. Remember that millionaires network with

millionaires. To identify if you are in the right network, identify the

topics of your conversations when you are in your community. Do you

talk about creating wealth, being a better husband or wife or simply

the weather?

4. Financial Environment

This is the environment that causes people most stress. The problem

with financial environment is that when you grew up, nobody seemed

to talk about money. Soon you'll realize that you have to manage your

own money, investments and insurance, and you don't know all of

them certainly, especially once your wealth grows. This is the time





when millionaires hire and surround themselves with specialists and

mentors on finance. Millionaires have their own wealth team.

5. Physical Environment

Physical Environment revolves everything around you such as home,

office and furnishings. Confused mind creates chaos and that's what

happens if your physical environment is not taken care of.

6. Nature Environment

Human beings require energy and you'll feel a powerful energy from

nature when you're close to it. Have a jog in a gym and along a sandy

beautiful beach and you'll know the difference what nature

environment brings you.

7. Body Environment

Most people are ignorant about their body environment. You have to

treat your body like a temple, not a playground. That means you have

to take care of your health because there is no point of having wealth

without health. Health will suck the wealth out of your life.

8. Self Environment

Personality, personal gifts, talents and emotions belong to the self

environment. You can't see, smell or touch your self environment but

you maybe able to identify them and make full use of your ultimatestrengths. Use your self environment to match up with the world

outside.





9. Spiritual Environment

It is your connection to higher source, love and self. If you are not in

the habit of doing it, you'll have to put yourself in the spiritual

environment again. Change all your environments and you start to

change your thinking.

Another important point is that you have to develop your own

mastermind group so that you are always focus on your environments.

Take seriously the 9 environments of millionaires above in the next 90

days. You will feel the difference in your life.





A Beautiful Song And An Inspiration

There was this beautiful song that I heard about 5 years ago. I loved it

so much although I didn't know who sang it. The problem was that this

song has never been played on air.

Well, maybe it was played a few times, but it was never given much

attention to make it popular like those songs from the local favorite

artists.

After awhile, I totally forgot about it until recently the radio keeps on

playing it over and over.

I said to myself, "Hey, I know this song. I heard it before but why only

now they play it".

Little that I know that the singer was actually working hard to make

herself known to the world. She has been trying to win the heart of

her fans since years ago.

As far as I know, she has been involved in 2 realty TV shows that were

looking for new singing talents. And, although she did not win in both

programs, she was among a few that caught the attention of millions

of supporters.





Do a search on the internet and there are thousands of websites

mentioning her name. God knows what else she is doing to make her

dreams of becoming a star a reality.

I sincerely admire her courage and efforts.

Her story becomes an inspiration and a lesson to me and hopefully to

you too.

What is your dream in life?

What are you doing to achieve it?

Have you been persistent enough to get what you want?

I know that it's hard and painful to visualize a vision of getting what

you want and not getting it yet. But, give it time and do the things

that are within your reach to make it work.

There are thousands of people who have dreams but never dare to

pursue them. Call it low self-esteem. Call it not being confident. Call it

whatever you want, but the truth is if you don't take action to work

towards your dreams, there's no one else going to take you there.

I am going back to listen to that beautiful song. It will not only

entertain me, but it will also motivate me to move closer to my

dreams.

I don't know what else she'll be doing to put herself in the hall of

fames. Whether she'll make it or not, I'm sure that I'll keep an eye on

her progress - from a distance, of course. I'm also wishing her the

best.
