Thank you for this interesting piece of action. Actually, it was quite amusing to me to see

two grandmothers fighting it out in a small ring somewhere out there and I thought I

could be the third man in the ring. So, without further ado, introducing in the red corner

Karen Hudes from Maryland firming as Acting General Counsel International Bank for

Reconstruction and Development, Legal Counsel Global Debt Facility TVM-LSM-666

and Judge Anna von Reitz from Alaska/Wisconsin in the blue corner representing the

innocent unknowing American people who should be given their gold.

Nota bene we are fighting over the gold of the world or the Global Debt Facility. We do

not see the gold but it is backing the mighty US Dollar. Karen Hudes has gloves wearing

"gold back-wardation". She explains there somewhere that gold back-wardation will

throw us back in the dark middle-ages when the forward price is higher than the spot

price. Anna von Reitz does not have gold and does not know where it could be but she

insists that it belongs to the American people.

A world of caution. Most Americans arrived there a few centuries ago with their bare

hands. They did not bring gold to America, they fled poverty in Europe. They bought a

gun and started making their way to win the West, genociding the original inhabitants

and the buffalo. We do know or have heard that Spain did the same further South where

they massacred the Mayas and the Azteks and they got the gold from the Inkas and

shipped it on the North Pacific current to the Philippines. So it is hard to see how Anna

von Reitz can win the fight, eh the argument.

Third man in the ring, a German lawyer by education and former international banker

from Manila where he learned everything about the second most maligned national

leader and owner of the gold of the world, Ferdinand Marcos, and his old man and

predecessor, Jose Antonio Diaz a.k.a. Severino Garcia Sta. Romana, more popularly

known in the Philippines as Dr. Jose P. Rizal, their national hero. Unfortunately for the

Filipinos, they have no idea. They make him hero because he was allegedly shot dead by

the Spanish who then received $20 Million to get out. $20 Million was a huge amount of

money at the time. America did not have it. Don Mariano San Pedro Y Esteban (first

assumed name of Dr. Jose Rizal after he was "executed") created the $20 MIllion in

Banco Espanol Intramuros using the new title O.C.T. No. 4136 as collateral. The rest is

On to the fight between our two grandmothers. Karen Hudes is throwing in heavy-

weight documents she would have to explain where she got those documents from. Anna

von Reitz, with her name alone, evokes certain, at least for an old German,

reminiscences of land owners driven away from their lands (or simply killed) which are

now declared, without corresponding peace treaty, as belonging to Poland. In order to

enhance her chances we could whisper to Anna to make a Zinedine Zidane headbuit and

say "you are not the lawyer of Global Debt Facility or TVM-LSM-666". For those who

want to know, Marcos had two sons from his first marriage with Princess Enimacea

Villamor Cruz, Tiburcio Villamor Marcos and Leopoldo Steve Marcos, both still alive but

weary of the CIA. LSM kidnapped and held, TVM in hospital with maybe terminal stage

of lupus.
