Objective: To help students identify and articulate those things that are extremely important to them on an emotional level.
Dictionary Definition of Passion
• Passion is a, “Powerful emotion; boundless enthusiasm; deep, overwhelming feeling; or avid interest.”
Clinical Psychologist Def. of Passion
• Passion is the , “Energy and enthusiasm wedded to a sense of purpose that gives life meaning and pleasure.”
Passion Exercise
• Take thirty seconds to a minute to think about the definition of, “Passion” and what it means personally to you.
• When I say so, please talk to your neighbor and come up with a definition between the two of you.
