Coating were found in good condition. No any deficiecncies observed on internal members/sturctures.-see form CHE.001 All pipings,equipment and fittings on deck were thoroughly examined. Pipes condition were found acceptable except several steam pipes which were found leaking at branches/flanges/cross connections. As a results reccomendation given. Relevant deck and machinery equipment, automation and control system were also tested and found satisfactory. An in-water survey was satisfactory carried out. However, in order to accept bottom survey, inconstant rudder bearing clearances measured, to be re-measured and verified with previous reading taken in drydock. (Note: Upper pintle clearance = 3.5mm taken in drydock dated 1996-04-07,Singapore)

Scope At the request of Owner’s Representative following surveys were carried :

Tanker, Chemical/Oil annual and intermediate

Tailshaft monitoring, annual

Bottom in water survey

Findings

Cargo center tanks surveyed and credited.(3nos.) Coating were found in good condition. No any deficiecncies observed on internal members/sturctures.-see form CHE.001

All pipings,equipment and fittings on deck were thoroughly examined. Pipes condition were found acceptable except several steam pipes which were found leaking at branches/flanges/cross

connections. As a results reccomendation given.

Relevant deck and machinery equipment, automation and control system were also tested and found satisfactory.

It was also observed that propeller blades were found trimmed at the blade tips (2 off 4) and

remained a fine surface at the missing sections- (see diver report dated 1999-02-04). However, no any abnormal conditions such as hull vibration, excessive stern tube bearing temperture etc.)

experienced during vessel in trading. Accordingly memo to owner issued.

Conclusion On satisfactory completion of all the surveys ,annual/intermediate surveys were credited and

certifcate endorsed.-see form PSE.001
