*SENTRO- Thedelegates will notbe able to performwill if not informedproperly. Minutesof the meetingmust be provided.

* Clarifying if howlong is the recess.

*SENTRO- Requested thateach delegates must havea hard copy of the Pre-Revision Part I Minutes of the Meeting.

*USC- The minutes of themeeting should haveflashed in front, so thatdelegates will be able tosee if there are errors.

* ASST. SECRETARY-The USCE shall providecopies of the minutesthrough email.

1. House Rules of the Convention

*SENTRO-Regarding theHouse Rule no. 1,Are laptopsincluded toprohivitedelectronicgadgets?

*USC- Instead of bullets, putnumber toenumerate theHouse Rules.The House Ruleno. 4 should bemodify becausecarrying pants areuncomfortable for the part of theboys and shortsare morecomfortable towear.*SENTRO- Whatkind of short areprohibited? How

long or short is theshort should be?

*CLA- Sleepingpajamas and

jogging pants thatare appropriate tothe eye should beallowed.

*CEAT- It is better if we enumeratewhat are allowed

than what areprohibitedbecauseprohibited clothesare more toenumeratecompare to whatare allowed.

*SENTRO: Alldelegates are

*SENTRO- Short that isabove the knee isprohibited.
