    CBA AND CLEISSUES

    *One of the CLEDelegates has not beenallowed to stayovernight in JabezCampsite. CLESCpassed anotherrepresentative but thistime they did not qualifyto the said criteria setby the USCE.

    *There are no CBARepresentatives. Somerepresentatives thatwere passed by theCBASC did not qualifyto the said criteria setby the USCE. Thequalifiedrepresentatives of theCBA back out lastweek.

    The CBA still haveuntil this day to give alist of theirrepresentatives. Ifthey cannot submitlists, the CBA waivetheir right toparticipate in theElection CodeRevision.

    ADJUSTMENT TOTHE NUMBER OFMEMBERS ONEACHCOMMITTEES

    *There are official list of25 delegates in theElection Code Revision.The number ofmembers stated in theprocedure is counted by28 delegates includingthe CBA and CLEdelegates. But becausethere are no delegatesfrom CBA and there isonly 1 delegate fromCLE, it was reduced by3.

    Mr. JuliusRocas raisedthat in the saidnumber ofdelegates ofCommittee V &VI werebecome evennumbers.

    *Ms. Ledesmaproposed thatthey have equalnumbers andbecause they

    are both vague.
