NSF Integrating FHRS

• 70 auditors fully FHRS trained

− competency checked and shadow audited

− chosen for combination of experience and qualification

• Some clients have switched to FHRS as primary means of rating performance – applied same technique to HSW risk

• Developing short video / smart phone / ipad briefings for management in bite-size ‘lunchtime learning’

• Expanding enforcement liaison service to include appeals etc

Integrating FHRS

• Looking at ways to ‘mash’ FHRS data with other information:
