TYPE MEANING

DL AND DLR SERIES VERTICAL MULTI-STAGE CENTRIFUGAL PUMP PRODUCT PROFILE

Our DL and DLR series vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps (low rotary speed n=1450r/min) are latest-model products developed responding to the actual demands of feedwater market in high buildings and to the standard of GB6245-1998 <Per formance Requirements and Test Means for Fire Fighting Pumps> by National Fire Fighting Administration. They are used to transport mediums similar to water not containing hard granules and physiochemical properties. Flow extent ranges from 5~360m3/h, head extent from 22~300m, power extent from 1.5~220KW and caliber extent from Φ140~Φ200mm. There may be 1~5 outlets installed on a single pump.

APPLICABILITYMainly used for daily water supply in high buildings, constant-pressure water supply in fire fighting, automatic spraying and automatic supply for water screen and so on. Additionally, they are applicable for water supply and discharge in factories and mines, long distance water transportation, use withvarious facilities and supply for various production activities etc .

PRODUCT FEATURES

This series of pumps use highly effective and energy-saving hydrodynamic model at home, which are characterized by high efficiency, mild performance curve, fargoing function, accordance with concerned specifications of National Fire Fighting Administration, in the hope of satisfying users' different requirements. With vertical subsection structure, it is advantaged with steady operation, low noise, long service life, small space occupation, as well as easy installation and maintenance etc .

SERVICE CONDITIONS

The medium used should be similar to water, with kinematic viscosity < 150mm2/s, without hard granules and corrosive property;The height above sea level should be <1000 meters. For service above this height, clarify clearly when placing an order for our convenience to offer you more reliable products.Medium Service Temperature between -15°C ~105°C;Maximum Systemic Working Pressure ≤2.5Mpa;Ambient temperature should be lower than 40°C and relative humidity should be lower than 95%.

STRUCTURE INTRODUCTION

Compact structure, small volume and elegant outline;The inlet and outlet of pump may be installed to several different directions as 0°, 90°, 180° and 270°to cater for different connection occasions.Responding to actual conditions, pump is provided with single or several outlets, out of a desire to actualize different head requirements on a single pump for users .If needed , head may be satisfied by changing pump's series and cutting impeller's outside diameter.By placing a waterproof cover on motor, pump can be used outdoors. It doesn't need a pump room, which can save construction expenses.
