Our Successful Philosophy• Members come first - their satisfaction is primary• Friendly attitude paramount • Changed staff attitude. Customer is always right• We try to make our first response, “Yes We
Can”.• We are building our club from the bottom up.
Our focus is on the participants, not the winners
Philosophy • Top Ten Prizes• Keep members involved. Easter Baskets,
Stockings, Horses for Heroes-Chinese Auction, Canned food drive
• No Cross over fees + cap on judges fees to encourage participation
• Strong Association with 4H. Give high point and top 10 awards at State 4H
• Strong Association with Florida Pinto Horse Association. Put shows on with them not against. One woman’s story…
Philosophy• Everyone leaves our show a winner – free stuff
for everyone - T-Shirts, watermelon, dinner, snacks, water, trophies, cups cones, buttons
• Top 10 Awards rather than big bucks for high point.
