When we are facing a challenging

situation it is so easy to say they did

it to me, it wasnt my fault or if

only they would change rather than

taking full responsibility for our-

selves.

This means owning everything that

happens in your life. Lets look at an

exampleyour boyfriend starts seeing

someone else and breaks up with

youand well see what is happening

energetically here. The reaction of most people is to blame the boy-

friend and say things like how could he do this to me? This is victim

mentality, the poor me attitude, and a failure to own your creator-ship abilities.

As I have said many times before, YOU as a divine spiritual being, are

a creator. You can create consciously, through your awareness and

conscious choices, or you can create unconsciously by allowing old

patterns and personal karma to rerun a default program that cre-

ates your daily circumstances.

If your boyfriend is leaving you, as a conscious human being YOU are

the one who must take responsibility for this. Does this mean its

YOUR fault? No, he was simply responding to your energy.When you have unresolved issues, emotional baggage, parts of your-

self that are not loved, you create external circumstances that reflect

that. So your boyfriend leaving can bring on a big pity party and leave

you feeling more unloved and feeling that the world is against you.

Or, it is an opportunity to see that there is a part of you that is not

yet loved by YOU, and there are energies still stuck and rerunning the

past wounds and hurts. It is therefore an opportunity to celebrate

your awesomeness and begin to allow these energies to come back

into balance.

In this situation, if you breathe and let go of the blame, acknowledge

yourself as the creator, honour this new

potential for transformation, you will re-

lease the karmic bonds between you and

allow the situation to find a new balance.

Whether that means a reconciliation or a

permanent parting is entirely dependant

on the people and their individual cir-

cumstances.

Lets look at a very simple and immediate

example to help understand this further.

If your children are arguing or fighting

you might be tempted to simply blame

them for their poor behaviour. Or, as a

conscious creator, you might realise that

they are responding to YOUR energy. Let

me walk you through this one.

1. the kids are fighting.

2. you acknowledge that they are re-

sponding to your energy. (Awareness)

3. you stop and take a few deep breaths

(gets the energy flowing again)

4. you take a moment to go within, to

feel into the energies within you(reconnecting and rebalancing within

self)

5. you notice that yes, you are feeling a

bit tense/worried/angry/whatever

and you breathe and let it go

(acknowledgement of your feelings,

not trying to hide them)

When you do all this, you give the ener-

gies the opportunity to rebalance andyou will literally see the kids stop their

chaotic behaviour.

You can do this in any situation by own-

ing what is happening in your life and

being willing to look to yourself to pro-

vide the solutions instead of blaming

others.

Take a good look at the situations and

people in your life right now and ask

yourself where are you blaming others,

where do you see them as having that

power over you?

ing this you are in denial about why such things are

occurring, and they will always be responding to

that energy within you.

This month I am offering a

FREE Introductory Class.

In this class we will be talking about the

journey of the soul, transformation, as-

cension and self-empowerment. We will

be doing a deep Conscious Breathing ses-

sion as well as discussing a few of the

classes and workshops that will be on

offer in the coming months. (Abundance,

Developing Intuition, Light Body Integra-

tion and the Master Class etc)

Developing Intuition

Hmm, my intuition tells me that there is

another Developing Intuition class start-

ing soon. :)

Why not join me on Wednesday evenings

starting 27th August for this fun and in-

formative seven week class.

What does it involve? Well, most people

would agree that studying something

simply by applying yourself to books and

lectures can be boring and uninspiring.

The best way to learn is through practical

hands-on experience. So when it comes

to developing intuition I wanted to offer

classes that were fun and experiential,

and with the opportunity for participants

to really open up to their own divine wis-

dom.

Each class incorporates information, an

exercise designed to release blocks and/

or open your psychic centres as well as

plenty of time to play and practise using

your intuitive and psychic abilities.

We all use our intuition regularly, often

without really thinking about it, and weall have psychic abilities to some degree

and these can be enhanced and devel-

oped just like strengthening muscles and

enhancing cardio fitness at the gym.

Light Body Workshop

Im very excited to be offering a Light

Body Integration workshop in October.

This is an opportunity to release the bio-

logical imprint that is handed down

through the generations, release genetic

coding and energies from even as far

back as Atlantis, and begin the integra-

tion of your new light body. This clears

the physical body on so many levels and

really opens us up to a new paradigm

that goes beyond healing and belief sys-

tems currently related to our physical

bodies including what we should eat and

how we should live. A very profound and

enlightening experience.
