Percentage of US Population that is Gay 2007

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has estimated America's gay, lesbian, and bisexual population to be between 2.5 and 3 percent. Harris Interactive.com noted that demographers today estimate that between 6 and 7 percent of the us population self-identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender.
