applied. Until recently many companies were
not much concerned about the point. But it isnow realized that it is the medium which
attracts diverse customers by which we can
have great access to new segment of market
place and enhance productivity. it is aboutstrategic management of all employees.

interpretation which one can look up. i.e. the ethnic
minorities ,gender disability, sex etc in a work place. It

disable-under privileged deaf boys -pick and dropand the deaf girls for sorting it. This innovative
idea has really broken the misconception thatdisabled people are unproductive.
