To rezone a 50-foot wide parcel, thecovered walkway connector location toRU-1M(b) to match the current RU-1M(b)zoning of the Mater Academy North andSouth Campuses.

To modify the controlling plans for theexisting Mater Academy North Campusand the Church to allow the Church toconvey the west 50-feet of the Churchproperty to Mater Academy in order todevelop a covered walkway connector.

To fill an existing small lake on the MaterAcademy South Campus parcel.
