Background Verification

Sunfuel will verify prospective dealers and distributor based on technical and Business

Strengths. Documents required from prospective dealer:

1. Please Duly fill the KYC form 2. Provide Copy of Pan card , Income tax return of last year , Company registration documents

and TIN/VAT 3. Previous dealership certificate ( If any) 4. Two Passport size photographs of the applicant

Training of product and its application

• Solar Installation manual and Product information training ( call or visit )

• Dedicated helpline to get all

information about products – Mon to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM

• Documentation Assistance As

per MNRE or As per state Government Standards

• Detailed Discussions on targets, how to

achieve them and Dealership Modus Operandi.

• Session on Rules and Regulation of

selling including Geographic, financial and technical limitation of dealer/Distributor.

• Personal account manager.

Minimum Requirements

• At-least one year experience in power related industry as a dealer/distributor

• Security deposit – 0% • Submission of all documents as per page 2 • MOQ - Minimum Order Quantity

– Dealers 10 kw – Distributors 25 Kw

# Dealership/Distributorship is Subjected to availability – One distributor and 4-6 dealers per district

• Any non compliance will lead to immediate termination with security deposit confiscated.

• Dealer and distributor can’t sell outside their geographic location. • All matter will be handled in jurisdiction of New Delhi. • Only Sunfuel hold the right of allotment of dealership and distributorship. • In case a dealer/distributor is not performing as per targets then Sunfuel hold the

right to withdraw dealership/distributorship with a notice of 15 days.

• In case a dealer/distributor want to end association with Sunfuel then a notice of 30 days will have to be furnished.

• Dealer/Distributorship can’t sell any other brand’s solar panels/modules.
