Distribution Guard is a SCADA system that provides a

fast, easy and clear picture of the state in your

distribution network.

Distribution Guard is based on the widely used system Wonderware. It is customized and developed for effective monitoring of power distribution networks. Substations and disconnectors that are equipped with communication can be presented in a simple and clear way – everything from the dis-connectors state to advanced data and alarms. It is only the equip-ment installed in the distribution network that sets the limits of what can be presented.

TOOLS FOR MONITORING AND CONTROLDistribution Guard is a cost-effective tool for monitoring and control of power distribution networks: • Distribution Guard can, if desired, be kept entirely separate from the ordinary SCADA system.• Runs on your own server and is displayed on a separate screen.• All items in the power distribution network, substations and disconnectors, which have some kind of sensor, such as for alarm,

temperature, disconnectors position or measurement devices installed and connected to the communication can appear in the system.

• Centrally a concentrator is needed eg SGC 250, which can receive the communication for transmission to the system.• The price structure is very attractive and is entirely based on the number of data points.• Can be fully customized to the network owner’s specific needs and unique circumstances.• Distribution Guard is flexible and can be gradually expanded to include more and more points - start with a few, for the net-
