District Attorney Kari Brandenburg’s office will not prosecute the two police officers for the fatal shooting of James Boyd.The ruling was handed down Tuesday by District Judge Alisa Hadfield.Former Albuquerque police Detective Keith Sandy and officer Dominique Perez were charged in January with murder for the fatal police shooting of Boyd in March 2014.
