DISNEYLAND PARIS BEGINSPHASED REOPENING AS OF 15 JULY 2020

Marne-la Vallée, (22 June 2020) – Today, Disneyland Paris announced a phased reopening of theresort starting with the Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park, Disney’s Newport Bay ClubHotel and Disney Village as of 15 July 2020. The reopening is in line with guidance from Frenchgovernment and health authorities and has been discussed with Union Representatives from theComité Social et Economique (CSE). The focus continues to be on promoting the health and safetyof Cast Members and guests, as we welcome guests back to Disneyland Paris.

In addition, and subject to the continued evolution of the situation, Disneyland Paris alsoannounced the scheduled phased reopening of several other Disney Hotels including Disney’sHotel Cheyenne on 20 July, Disney’s Hotel Santa Fe on 3 August and the Disneyland Hotel on 7September. Disney’s Sequoia Lodge Hotel and Disney’s Davy Crocket Ranch will remain closedduring the summer with reopening dates announced at a later time.

“All of us at Disneyland Paris are excited to be on the path to reopening over the next few weeks,”said Natacha Rafalski, President of Disneyland Paris. “Making magic means even more, as wereflect on the resilience of our Cast Members and community, the enthusiasm of our guests andfans, and the positive momentum of many reopenings in the tourism industry across Europe. Weare looking forward to the return of our Cast Members and reopening our gates for guests to onceagain enjoy.”

“We are thrilled to see one of the main tourism destinations in Europe and largest single siteemployer in France reopen to guests and its employees,” said Sophie Huberson, ExecutiveDirector of Le Syndicat National des Espaces de Loisirs, d'Attractions et Culturels (SNELAC). “Thisis an important milestone for the tourism and leisure industry in France and will be a critical stepin our industry’s recovery.” SNELAC is the organization representing theme parks, leisure andcultural areas in France.

Safety Measures and ExperienceThe phased reopening will incorporate deliberate approach to safety, with enhanced health andsafety measures implemented for both Cast Members and guests. This will include limits onattendance and require advanced ticketing and reservations to accommodate controlled guestdensity that supports government guidance on physical distancing. As a result, some experiences,shows or events will not be available or may be modified upon reopening depending on theevolution of the safety and sanitary measures and recommendations from public authorities. Thisincludes offerings such as Disney Stars on Parade and Disney Illuminations night time spectacularwhich will return at a later date.

The Lion King: Rhythms of the Pride Lands and Jungle Book Jive - will return later in the summer.While Character meet and greets will be temporarily unavailable, Characters will be in the parks innew ways to entertain and delight guests. Other experiences such as playgrounds and makeoverexperiences will remain temporarily unavailable. Additionally, FASTPASS services will besuspended in order to allow for the necessary queue management on attractions. Cast Membersand guests ages eleven and older will also be required to wear face coverings while at theresort. More information on specific measures are available on www.disneylandparis.com.

Ticketing and Reservation SystemAs Disneyland Paris welcomes guests back to the magic with a limited number of tickets availableeach day during the initial reopening, a new online reservation system will be available in earlyJuly. To ensure admission, guests in possession of or buying non-dated tickets, and Annual Passholders, will need to register on this new online reservation system to obtain a reservation for parkentry prior to their arrival. Guests who already have a dated ticket, do not need to register andreserve a date. Likewise, guests with packages that include park admittance will receive admissionfor the duration of their stay and do not need to use the new online reservation system.

Tickets and packages are now on sale on the resort’s website, Disneyland Paris call center and official travel partner channels, with a limited number of tickets available each day during the initial reopening phase. Ticket sales will not be available on site.

To provide guests with maximum flexibility, new booking conditions are now available to include cancellations and modifications without fees (excluding transport), on stays in the Disney Hotels anytime up to seven days before the arrival date. Today we look toward the future of Disneyland Paris on our path to reopening. I have beenendlessly humbled and inspired by the dedication and resilience of our teams over the pastfew months to bring us to this moment, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s to come aswe welcome back our guests to once again enjoy the resort.

To accomplish this, we are taking a coordinated and deliberate approach to our reopeningplans with a focus on the health and safety of everyone returning to our resort, from CastMembers to guests. We have been in continuous dialogue with government and healthauthorities, as well as union leadership, every step of the way to put in place enhancedmeasures and procedures tailored to our specific environment and the needs of our guestsand Cast Members. We know it will take all of us working together, both cast members andguests, in this shared responsibility to promote a healthy and safe environment.

We have eagerly been waiting for the day that we are all able to return to Disneyland Paris,and upon reopening, guests will be able to experience the guest service we are known for,from our iconic attractions and entertainment, heart-warming new character moments andeven a few surprises along the way. As we are taking a phased approach, someexperiences will change and others will return at a later date, but the magic that our cast isdriven to deliver will remain.

Over the next few weeks we will be taking all of the necessary actions to prepareDisneyland Paris for a successful reopening, from minor visible changes for physicaldistancing to new training for all of our Cast Members. We know that reopening is just thebeginning, and we will continually adjust our plans in this evolving situation with input fromauthorities. I want to thank you all for your patience as we take the final steps in thisprocess.

DISNEYLAND® PARIS REOPENS WITH LIMITED ATTENDANCE, NEW AND ENHANCED HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES

When it begins its initial phased reopening on 15 July 2020, Disneyland Paris will once again invite guests toenjoy the unforgettable and magical moments that it is known for. In line with guidance from French governmentand local health authorities, Disneyland Paris parks, Disney’s Newport Bay Club hotel, and Disney Village willopen with enhanced health and safety measures.

As the health and safety of our guests and Cast Members is our top priority, Disneyland Paris’ phasedreopening will take a deliberate approach with limited attendance, physical distancing and enhanced cleaningmeasures aligned with guidance from French government and health authorities, and will require the wearing offace covering for guests ages eleven and older, Cast Members and contractors.

On 15 July 2020, the majority of Disneyland Paris’ attractions, rides, shopping, food and beverage locations willresume operations. Experiences that draw large group gatherings such as Disney Stars on Parade, thenighttime spectacular Disney Illuminations and some indoor shows will return at a later date. In order toaccommodate physical distancing guidelines, Disney Character meet and greets will be temporarily unavailable.Disney Characters will be in the parks in new ways to entertain and delight guests..

The resort will continually adjust operations and health and safety measures as the situation evolves and inaccordance with guidance from French authorities.

In line with guidance from French government and health authorities, physical distancing will beimplemented throughout the resort in queues, ride vehicles, shops, hotels, restaurants and otherfacilities, and signage will be displayed as a reminder.

In attractions, the configuration of each ride including boarding will be adapted for physicaldistancing between groups or families. Single Rider and FASTPASS services will be unavailable.In addition, kids’ playgrounds, traditional Character meet and greets, and makeover experienceswill remain temporarily unavailable.

During the initial reopening phase, many Disney, Pixar, Star Wars Characters or Marvel SuperHeroes will appear in the Parks and offer guests memorable photo opportunities. Fromunexpected appearances to new Selfie Spots, there’s never been a better time to see belovedCharacters. Close interactions, including hugs, will be temporarily suspended.

The Lion King: Rhythms of the Pride Lands show will reopen during summer 2020, and theaterswill adopt a new seating configuration to promote physical distancing. Guests can check theavailability of attractions and entertainment through the resort’s official website and app.

Restaurants seating capacity will be reduced, while a new Take-Away offer will allow guests toenjoy eating in the many outdoors locations available in both parks. Buffet restaurants will changeto a new all-you-can-eat table service offer. Booking is highly recommended for all table servicerestaurants.

NEW PHYSICAL DISTANCING MEASURES TO PROTECT THE MAGIC

LIMITING ATTENDANCE WITH AN ADVANCED RESERVATION SYSTEM

As Disneyland Paris welcomes guests back tothe magic with a limited number of ticketsavailable each day during the initial reopening,a new online reservation system will berequired in early July. safety measures and guide their journey from

booking to arrival, Disneyland Paris has

developed a Disney branded health and safety

programme available on digital pre-arrival

communication tools such

as DisneylandParis.com.

This new programme will feature, Edna Mode,

the eccentric fashion designer from The

Incredibles films. She’ll provide guests with top

tips to get ready for their day at the Disney Parks.

With her characteristic sass and smarts, and with

a little help from The Incredibles family members,

Edna will guide guests with a step-by-step process

of how to return to the Disney Parks to make their

day incredible.

Disneyland Paris boutiques will be open and reconfiguredto create a larger circulation space. In addition, CastMembers will be available to encourage physicaldistancing. Different entry and exit paths will be used inboth restaurants and boutiques, while contactlesspayment will be encouraged and sneeze guards installedat points of sale.

Every guest staying at a Disney Hotel or Disney NatureResort will benefit from Extra Magic Time and cantherefore enjoy access to park areas before officialopening times .

In Disney Hotels, elevators will be used one family at atime and sneeze guards will be installed at front desks.Accelerated check-in procedures will be established androom service will be adapted with physical distancingmeasures.

More than 50,000 liters of hand

sanitizer will be distributed every

month in the whole resort.

ENHANCED PROTECTIVE MEASURES AND CLEANING PROCEDURESWhen Disneyland Paris reopens, a layered approach to health and safety measures will beimplemented throughout the resort, including required wearing of face coverings and enhancedcleaning measures.

To promote the health and safety of guests and Cast Members, guests ages eleven and older, allCast Members and all third-party operators will be required to wear an appropriate face covering atall times except when eating.

More than 2,000 sanitizing and hand washing stations will be available throughout the resort,especially at the entrances and exit of each attraction, boutique, restaurant and theater.

Disneyland Paris will further increase the frequency of cleaning measures in addition to thestandards of cleanliness already in place. Prior to reopening, the resort kitchens, sanitary facilitiesand attractions will undergo appropriate cleaning. Moving forward, increased cleaning anddisinfection procedures will be in place in high-traffic areas such as handrails, tables, handles andrestrooms. Overnight procedures will clean targeted areas.

Disney Hotels are also going through a phase of deep cleaning prior to reopening , thenDisneyland Paris will implement enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures in several high-touch areas such as handles, light switches, thermostats, remotes and more. This is in addition toour standards of cleanliness already in place. Reinforced procedures include unique/new cleaningmicrofiber being used for each room, sanitation of amenities, use of double pillow covers andremoval of items like pens, paper and throw pillows. In addition, housekeeping will not enter aguest room during a stay unless specifically requested by the guest.

EXPANDED HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAINING FOR CAST MEMBERS

As Disneyland Paris welcomes guests back to the magic, its Cast Members will play a key role inguiding and explaining new measures to guests, answering any questions and encouraging everyoneto follow measures to promote the health and safety of us all.

Prior to reopening, cast members will undergo new training to ensure they are prepared to supportthe enhanced health and safety measures, encourage physical distancing, and manage contactlesspayment solutions.

DISNEYLAND PARIS ASKS ALL GUESTS TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS WHEN THE RESORT REOPENS1/ After purchasing admission ticket(s) to Disneyland Paris, guests must make a dated reservationthrough the new online system Annual Passholders as well as guests with room only booking mustalso make a dated reservation for park entry in advance.Guests who already have a dated ticket or guest who bought a hotel package with tickets includedwill not need to make a reservation.All guests with special needs or situation may check disneylandparis.com or contact Disneyland ParisCentral Reservation office.2/ At arrival, guests will be asked to present both the confirmation file received after the reservation issecured AND their Park ticket to be granted access to the Parks.3/ Guests will be required to wear an approved face covering during their entire visit, unless underthe age of eleven or except while eating.4/ Guests are expected to respect physical distancing and capacity measures, to read and comply withhealth and safety measures mentioned on signage in both digital screens and poster displays.5/ Guests are encouraged to regularly use hand washing and sanitizing stations throughout the entirevisit.

A new photo experience with “Magic Shot”!Disneyland Paris and the Photopass Team are ready to entertain guests with a new magical experience. Disney photographers will invite them to pose for a picture and follow specific

gestures and attitudes. With a little bit of pixie dust, the result of the photography will feature incredible Disney Characters appearances such as Tinkerbell in the palm of a hand or Stitch

messing with the party! Many other Disney Characters and situations will be available with the help of the Photopass Team.

Dancers, acrobats and percussionistsbring the beloved adventures of Simba, Nala,Rafiki, Timon and Pumbaa to life in this exclusiveworld-class show. Guests will be able toexperience the magic of famous songs that havebeen re-orchestrated just for this production.

The acclaimed show Jungle Book Jive will alsoreturn this Summer in a different location. Thismusical extravaganza is an invitation a to acolorful voyage through the Indian jungle. Whether by train or car, getting to the magic is easy. Disneyland Paris is only 40 km

from Paris with direct access from the A4 autoroute, ideally located within reach of major

international motorways. Disneyland Paris is also just a few minutes' walk from Marne-

la-Vallée/Chessy train station where RER A, TGV and Eurostar trains stop. Those

travelling from or via Paris are only 35 minutes away on RER A regional train.

“There is no magic without you…” Disneyland Paris is launching a new TV spot called

"My Prince" to announce the reopening of the resort. After an unprecedented time in which

the destination remained closed for many weeks, Disneyland Paris, the new spot expresses

the joy of meeting again with guests who missed Disneyland Paris and that without them

magic would not exist. The film shows the icon of the destination, Sleeping Beauty Castle,

filmed at night by a drone. A reimagining of the classic song "Someday My Prince Will

Come" is the soundtrack of the film with lyrics echoing the happiness of being together again

(“… Someday we'll meet again, and away to his castle we'll go to be happy forever I know”)

experiences where guests can live new adventures with Disney Junior and Pixar Characters! These hand-picked stories which appeal to young children mark a first step in the transformation and reinvention of Walt Disney Studios Park, bringing more Disney experiences to guests in new,

immersive ways.

Disney Junior Dream Factory

Disney Junior Dream Factory will be a 20-minute interactive show with singing and dancing,inviting kids and their families to discover a "Dream Factory" along with Disney Junior’s mostbeloved Characters, from Mickey, Minnie and Timon, to rising stars like Vampirina and FancyNancy Clancy. Along with Factory Crew Members, the Characters will engage kids and the wholeaudience with a fun energy while learning memorable new songs.

Cars Route 66 Road Trip

Cars Route 66 Road Trip with be a fully-themed Cars experience with new decor, story, musicand vehicles, bringing guests along a Route 66 road trip to discover natural wonders such as theworld's biggest lug nut and active water springs. Guests will even encounter favourite Characterslike Lightning McQueen and Mater along the way.

DISNEY’S HOTEL NEW YORK – THE ART OF MARVEL: A FULLY RE-IMAGINED EXPERIENCE ONLY AT DISNEYLAND PARIS

In line with government measures, the constructionfor Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel wastemporarily put on hold, which has impacted the timeline for thehotel’s originally scheduled opening (15 June 2020). Onceconstruction resumes and an assessment is made, moreinformation will be available on the hotel’s expected opening.

As soon as it opens, this completely reimagined 4-star hotelwill exude contemporary New York style and excellent servicewhile taking the form of a modern art gallery that hasassembled Earth's mightiest Marvel artwork. Manhattan-style 4-star serviceBeyond the refurbishment and modernization of every room at Disney’s Hotel New York – TheArt of Marvel, all 471 Superior rooms will also showcase several Marvel art pieces integratedseamlessly into the New York inspired décor and offer services such as luggage delivery,concierge and automobile valet. All 65 Empire State Club Rooms will feature extra amenitiesand services for guests.
