Depart with assigned chaperone. 11:00pm Arrive Hotel and check in – Students in own rooms 11:30pm Accountability Check - Lights Out WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2018 Disney Performance – Disney Springs 7:00am Wake up – Breakfast at hotel 10:00am Depart for Disney Springs in Concert Dress (bus) and bring change of clothes 10:30am Arrive Disney Springs (bus)

Depart with Disney Cast Members for warm up facilities 11:15am Arrive at warm up facility. Warm up and tune and get back on bus 12:15pm Concert Band Performance at Disney Springs 12:45pm Load bus and depart for warm up facility. Concert Band students will change at

the facility, pick up their boxed lunches, and board the bus to go back to Disney Springs with chaperones. Jazz students will pick up lunch and prepare for their performance.

1:15pm Jazz students warm-up 2:45pm Jazz Ensemble performance at Disney Springs

All Students will attend performance – attendance will be taken

3:30pm Return to buses and depart for hotel. Students will eat dinner at Pop Century this evening

5:30pm Board buses for Miniature Golf 6:00pm Miniature Golf at Fantasia Gardens 8:30pm Depart for hotel for planned resort activities 11:00pm Accountability Check - Lights Out
