This brochure outlines the details of what is included and how to use the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan.

Number of Meals During Your Reserved StayThe Disney Deluxe Dining Plan includes three (3) Meals and two (2) Snacks per person, per night of your reserved stay for everyone in the party ages 3 and over. The plan also includes one (1) Resort refillable drink mug per person, per reservation (eligible for refills at Quick Service locations only in your Disney Resort hotel). The example below illustrates a dining plan for a three-night, four-day reservation.

Disney Deluxe Dining Plan meal and snack entitlements are based on the length of your reserved stay at your Walt Disney World® Disney Vacation Club Resort or Walt Disney World® Disney Collection hotel. The owners of the Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney Vacation Club shall not be responsible for the non-utilization of package components due to refurbishing, capacity, inclement weather, or any circumstance beyond their control.

Due to the popularity of our Table Service restaurants, the restaurant and seating of your choice may be limited or may not be available. Please call Member Services at 800-800-9800 to make reservations up to 180 days prior to your visit for the best options.

You can continue using meals/snacks in any order for the rest of your reserved stay until each person has depleted his/her allotted meals/

snacks. For example, if you use all your snacks on the first day, that will leave zero snacks for the remainder of your stay.

Redeeming Your Mealse The Disney Deluxe Dining Plan must be redeemed at the time a

meal or snack is purchased. Tell the server or cashier to charge those meals or snacks to your Disney Deluxe Dining Plan.

e You may not use your Key to the World card to redeem meals or snacks for Guests who are not on your Disney Deluxe Dining Plan.

e The following items are not included in the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan:

e Gratuities are not included unless otherwise indicated. An automatic 18% gratuity charge will be added to your bill for parties of 6 or more. An automatic gratuity charge may also be added to your bill for items you order that are not included in the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan (e.g. alcoholic beverages).

Q. Can Guests ages 10+ use Guests ages 3-9 meal entitlements?

A. Sorry, meal entitlements cannot be shared between Guests ages 10+ and Guests ages 3-9.

Q. Must I use exactly 3 Meals and 2 Snacks each night of my reserved stay?

A. No, for maximum flexibility, meal entitlements can be used whenever you like during your reserved stay. For example, one night you may wish to hold off using a meal and then the following night use 2 meals to dine at a Signature Restaurant or Dinner Show.

Q. Are gratuities included?

A. After you dine, your party’s remaining meals or snacks will be printed on the receipt. You can also stop by the Concierge of your hotel for a complete printout of meals or snacks used/available.
