Strengths

• The DISCOVERY search tool provides an online and accessible partner search option to identify projects and potential organisations to target for future collaboration and identification of synergies.

• Search functionality based on topical and regional areas of cooperation.• Possibility of Twinning of EU-North America projects based on tags.• Access to details of coordinators/project partners and key representatives of

over +150 projects, +100 funding agencies and +900 research and industry centres from EU, US and Canada.

• Tool would be useful for present and future clustering projects and we intend to make available to other projects in areas related to IoT, Cybersecurity, eHealth, and others.

• To support the sustainability and to be used as a supporting collaboration tool for the annual transatlantic ICT forum, the search tool will continue to be operational and backed up by WIT infrastructure administration team, ensuring stability.

• We are looking to partner with other initiatives that have a need to store data on projects/initiatives/clusters/etc.– You can set up an account and become an administrator.

• We are also looking at companies involved in development of apps and/or services that could make use of the data within the search tool backend– The data is public, generated from data in relation to ongoing

projects;– The data could be useful for apps/services that need to populate

with information on organisations involved in specific theme areas e.g. cybersecurity, IoT, Next Generation Internet, 5G, etc.
