On arrival at Brisbane International airport you will be greeted by Catherine Molloy,
Director of Auspac Business Advantage Pty Ltd and Auspac Study Tours.
You will be transferred to your hotel for check in and a buffet breakfast.
We will then embark on a half day sight-seeing
tour or Brisbane City which will include visiting
iconic buildings such as Parliament House,
Treasury Casino and the Storey Bridge. We then
continue to Mount Cootha lookout where you
can take in the breathtaking panorama of
Brisbane City and its surrounds. You are then
transferred back to your hotel to relax.

DAY 2: Brisbane (B) (L) (D)
This morning we visit the University of
Queensland (UQ) where you will be taken on a
tour of the Campus. The University of
Queensland is in the top 100 universities
worldwide. The University has more than 46,000
students including 11,000 international students
from 134 nations. A welcome reception will be
held with morning tea provided. You will attend
an International communication and cultural
awareness seminar which will be held after morning tea.
Heading back to the Hotel for rest before taking
a walking tour over to South Bank where
beaches, pools and cafes, food stalls and
restaurants are located. You can choose any
location to dine before taking in the sights and
sounds and views along the beautiful Brisbane
River.

DAY 3: BRISBANE/SUNSHINE COAST (B) (L) (D)
After breakfast we will take a tour of Queensland
University of Technology (QUT)
We then head out to the Botanical Gardens to view
beautiful Australian flora and fauna in the mid-morning
glow of the Australian weather.
Next we visit China Town in Fortitude Valley for lunch.
Here you are welcome to explore the street vendor
stores.
After lunch we depart to the beautiful Sunshine Coast,
situated one hours drive north of Brisbane. On arrival
and check in to your hotel you will have time to relax
and enjoy the facilities of the hotel’s beautiful
surrounds.
Late afternoon we meet in the foyer of the hotel and set out on a walking tour to
experience our beautiful beaches, wide open spaces and to experience some of
the highlights of this stunning location.
As night approaches, we will be taking you to the
Bellingham Maze, where you will participate in team
building games to challenge yourself and have lots of
fun and laughs together. Dinner and prizes are
provided.

DAY 4: SUNSHINE COAST (B) (L) (D)
This morning, we travel on a short journey to the
famous Eumundi Markets which offers a diverse range
of art, craft and home made goods, entertainment
and local produce.
After lunch we travel to the picturesque Sunshine Coast
hinterland. Winding up the Blackall Range to Montville
we stop at Dulong Lookout where you will have a
panoramic view of the Coast from Noosa to Caloundra.
On arrival at Mary Cairncross Park Reserve, you can take
a leisurely walk through the subtropical rainforest, a
remnant of the rainforests that once covered the
Blackall Range.
We then take the tour bus to the award winning Maleny
Dairies to taste the amazing local milk, cheese and
yoghurts.
To complete our visit to the hinterland, we will
spend time in historic Montville where you can
shop for small trinkets, leather, unique ornaments
and lovely jewellery as you explore this authentic
Australian hinterland township.

DAY 5: SUNSHINE COAST (B) (L) (D)
We will head to the University of the Sunshine Coast (USC)
after breakfast to explore the grounds and watch the local
kangaroos as they laze about in the sun.
USC students receive a high quality educational experience,
while enjoying the relaxed lifestyle that the Sunshine Coast
offers.
Students benefit from a friendly and supportive campus environment, access to highly qualified
teaching staff, personal attention, and modern technology and facilities. USC is one of Australia’s
fastest growing Universities, serving the Sunshine Coast and extended region from north Brisbane to
the Fraser Coast. Lunch is provided by the University and the Auspac
team.
In the afternoon we travel to the Big
Pineapple to explore the Queensland
Zoo. Here you will come face to face
with native Australian animals such as
the dingo and the cuddly koala. Photos
can be taken with the animals and as
you wander the zoo throughout the afternoon, you are able to watch the
keepers as they care for the animals and don’t hesitate to say “hello”.
The keepers in each section have a wealth of knowledge about the animals in their care and will be
eager to answer any questions you may have.
Queensland Zoo also has scheduled daily talks for you to learn more about the animals and get up close and personal with them.

DAY 6: NOOSA HOMESTAY (B) (L) (D)
Today we travel to Noosa, the northerly part of the
Sunshine Coast and take a leisurely walk in the
Noosa National Park. It is home to several rare and
threatened species. There are a number of tracks
throughout the National Park that offers a chance to
enjoy some of the stunning beaches that this area
has to offer, along with local wildlife such as koalas
and sometimes black cockatoos.
Next a walk along Noosa Beach – Noosa is recognised as one of the top three beaches in the South
Pacific. “Noosa is also a world-famous surfing destination, known for its expansive beaches and
colourful bays; Noosa is one of the few beaches along Australia's coastline that faces north. If you
are a beginner, this is the best beach to take your first surfing lessons as you don't have to contend
with big surf Noosa has small to moderate waves and is safe for swimming all year round. Main
Beach is patrolled by lifesavers 365
days a year and is only steps away
from famous Hastings Street where
we will spend some time shopping
and have lunch.. After lunch we will
head to local schools so you can
meet your homestay families for the
next two nights.

DAY 8: HOMESTAY SUNSHINE COAST (B) (L) (D)
Breakfast and lunch is provided by your homestay families. You will be dropped off at Novotel Twin Waters at 4pm on Sunday for a paddle or canoe, and check
in for our last night where we will have a famous Aussie BBQ, celebration dinner and a fun awards
presentation. Your homestay families will be invited to this event to share dinner with you.

DAY 9: SUNSHINE COAST/BRISBANE (B) (L)
Today is a free morning. You may wish to paddle, sail, play on the
inflatable slides, or you may like to rest and read a book.
At 2pm we depart for the airport and on the way you will visit Opals
Downunder, one of the Sunshine Coast's premier tourist
attractions. This magnificent display of opals will wow you and give
you opal fever in no time. We will also pop next door to the world
famous Ugg boot store where many colours and designs of footwear have been created in sheepskin
for your comfort and enjoyment.
We then head to the Caloundra boardwalk for an
afternoon stroll along one of the Sunshine Coasts
most serene beaches and enjoy an ice-cream
before we head back on board to depart the
Sunshine Coast for the Brisbane airport.
