    In a day-to-day administration management is called upon to take disciplinary action againsterring workmen found guilty of misconduct. However, experience shows that many a timeon intervention of court that faulty disciplinary procedure has not only been found illegal butled to reinstatement of workmen which adversely affects discipline in industry. Disciplinaryprocedure requires expertise in view of judicial pronouncements which have laid downvarious norms for taking disciplinary action against erring workmen. It is, therefore,

    necessary to equip the practising managers / executives with required skills toenable them to manage the discipline and fool-proof knowledge of intricacies inhandling procedure, to equip them to discharge their duties better. The workshop aims tofocus on these issues and also the steps required to be taken to improve managerial skill inmaintaining discipline with the awareness of legal options in handling various issues facedby the management.

    In view of the above, HR Guru Associates are organizing a two-day Non-ResidentialWorkshop on Knowledge of Disciplinary and Enquiry Procedures and EmployeeMisconduct with Related Case Law on Friday and Saturday 26-27, April 2013 atThe Orchid Hotel, Nehru Road, Vile Parle East, Adjacent to Domestic Airport,
