Franklin County David Ledesma, license no. BL053672, of Chambersburg, Franklin County, had a public reprimand

placed on his permanent disciplinary record with the board and was suspended for a period of five years,

with such suspension immediately stayed in favor of probation, subject to terms and conditions, because

practicing,employing unlicensed individuals and assessed a $7,500 civil penalty plus $593.46 for cost of

investigation based on findings that she practiced as a massage therapist without licensure and employed

maintain an accurate chronological registry of all official acts; imposed fees in excess of those set by the

suspended for a period of three months, stayed in favor of three months of probation; assessed a civil

to complete the commissioning process by failing to record her bond and take the oath of office; failed to

Allegheny County David P. Coury, of Carnegie, Allegheny County, license no. MV184076 was reprimanded and assessed a

$500 civil penalty, because he pled guilty to numerous felonies. (08/11/16)

Blair County Crawford J. Witherow, license no. MV167224L, of Hollidaysburg, Blair County, was assessed a $1,000

civil penalty and revoked based upon his criminal convictions and his failure to disclose them to the

Bucks County Robert Alan Cherkas, license no. MV078563L of Langhorne, Bucks County, was issued a public

reprimand based on pleading guilty to a felony and a crime of moral turpitude. (08/11/16)
