BAB I PENDAHULUAN A. Latar Belakang Masalah Anak adalah karunia terindah yang diberikan Tuhan kepada sepasang suami istri. Anak adalah simbol masa depan, harapan, dan kehidupan yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu, kasih sayang dan segala yang terbaik adalah hal yang wajib di berikan orang tua pada anak-anaknya (Arif, 2009). Anak yang sehat akan mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang normal dan wajar, yaitu sesuai standar pertumbuhan fisik anak pada umumnya dan memiliki kemampuan sesuai standar kemampuan anak seusianya.
