Actually, meditation increases them!

Have you ever washed dirty hands under a tap?

What happens there?

As we rub, what comes out? The dirt!

Same process happens in meditation.

Meditation is like the washing process.

Through this mind is purified, gradually.

The dirt comes out first!

Later only the mind becomes cleaner.

So at first when we begin to meditate…

…Our dirty thoughts

may find increased intensity.

But as we continue to practice…

…slowly mind comes clean &

Then we can experience a sense of peace.

… what is called the eternal joy!
