Urban Local Bodies in the place of half Pant

In pursuance of the order issued vide GO.No.168, MAWS department

dated.16.11.2015, instructions have been issued to provide uniform

to sanitary workers in Town Panchayats as two full pant shirt instead

of Two hall pant shirt vide this office letter Roc.No.3148/2013/F1,

dated.27.11.2015. Accordingly during the year 2015-16 except the

Town Panchayats who have already purchased the uniform two full

pant shirts have been disbursed in 373 Town Panchayats and

expenditure incurred to the tune of Rs.0.95 crore. From current

financial year onwards two full pant shirts are being given to all

sanitary workers in all Town Panchayats.
