conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Delhi Professional Colleges orInstitutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee, Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence) Act 2007(Delhi Act 8 of 2007), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhiconst ituted State Fee Regulatory Committee vide notif ication number F DHE18(6)/SFRCf20i6-17^206-217 dated the 17ln January, 2017 for the purpose ofdetermining fee for pursuing courses in privately managed institutions offeringdifferent courses m the National Capital Territory of Delhi and to perform the smooth

which has been considered by the Government under sub section (3) of section 6 ofthe said Act and Government is satisfied with the fee recommended by thecommittee.

Further, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has decidedthat the fee proposed for the academic year 2017-20 recommended by the State FeeRegulatory Committee, be notified for the academic year 2019-20. 2020-21 and2021-22

Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (13) ofsection 6 of the said Act, the Government of the National Capital Territory ol Deihihereby notif ies that the fees recommended by the Stale Fee Regulatoy Committee,shall be implemented forthwith for pursuing courses in unaided Institutions affiliatedlo Guru Gobind Singh Indtaprastha University for the academic years 2019-20,2020-21 and 2021-22
