What are the expectations of your Training Centre from the NAM/CAR/CATC/WG?

Jamaica would like the support of NAM/CAR/CATC/WG to assist in standardizing all the training in this region and facilitate the smooth exchange of trainers within this region.

If there isn’t all the training specialists in this region to satisfy our regional training needs, then can NAM/CAR/CATC/WG through an established program identify and support the training of persons to supply these specific needs.

Improvement proposals for the strengthening of the work of the NAM/CAR/CATC/WG

Continue the progress with the MOU for Collaboration and to create initiatives to attract, train and keep specialized instructors for aviation training.
