Address: Located within Our Family Health Care Unit 6A, Floor 1, 695 Sandgate Road, Clayfield, QLD 4011 Building Access: Our Family Health Care: First floor of the College Junction Facility, opposite Delta Gymnastics. The building can be identified by Qscan, Smartclinics and Smartrite Pharmacy located on the ground floor. Walk past Smartclincs and Qscan to the elevators (located next to Qscan down the hallway). Go up to Level 1 and walk out towards Wagner Road. The clinic is on the left. Parking Areas: Underground parking is available, entry is via Wagner road. Take a ticket and bring with you for validation to receive your complimentary parking.

Travel south along Sandgate Road, continuing past Junction Road Turn left onto Wagner Road (after the train station) Turn left into underground carpark
From the South
Travel north along Sandgate Road, continuing past the Albion Fiveways Turn right onto London Road Turn left onto Liverpool Street Turn left on to Wagner Road Turn right into the underground carpark
By Bus: Take a route along Sandgate Road (306, 322) and disembark at Stop 27 at Clayfield or Stop 26 at London Street. By train: Travel to the Clayfield station and walk 400m along Sandgate Road towards the city, then turn left into Wagner Road. Turn left and enter the building.
