TOUR MEALS AND ACCOMMODATIONS: Breakfast is always served on every overnight tour. Dinners are usually “out on the town” featuring a taste of the area cuisine you are visiting. If you have a special diet (diabetic/allergies etc.), please let us know. We will try to accommodate your needs the best we can. Your hotel accommodations on tour are clean, safe and comfortable. All hotels are carefully selected and pre-scouted.

WHAT’S INCLUDED? ALMOST EVERYTHING! All of our tours INCLUDE all taxes and gratuities (See above). All attractions, step-on guides plus their gratuities, accommodations, most meals (See itinerary), deluxe transportation, and hotel luggage handling for a single checked bag per person are INCLUDED.

CANCELLATIONS/INSURANCE: Our “FAIR REFUND POLICY” secures you and your money! On motorcoach tours, a refund will be given for cancellations up to 72 hours prior to date of departure with a doctor’s statement. Some pre-paid tickets & events may not be refundable and you will be notified prior to your final payment, if applicable. A trip protection insurance option is available upon request. Day Trip refund policy: Cancellations must be received two weeks prior with a doctor’s statement. After this deadline, you have an option to transfer your payment to another individual for the same Day Trip date.

CONVENIENT PICK-UP LOCATIONS: We offer pick-ups throughout Metro St. Louis. Overnight tours: St. Charles Commuter Lot (I-70 near Cracker Barrel), Holiday Inn Southwest/Viking @ Lindbergh and Watson, and South County @ McDonald’s at I-255 / Telegraph Road. (On overnight tours we will arrange a Metro East / Illinois Pick-up - Just call us). If you need information on our optional Home Shuttle Service, please call us for assistance. Day Trips: Village Square/North County, St. Charles Commuter Lot (I-70 near Cracker Barrel), Plaza Frontenac, South City Shop n’ Save (Chippewa and Weil) and South County Mall (Macy’s).

AFFORDABLE DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: Just a $75.00 deposit covers your initial reservation on an overnight tour. Day Trips require a Full payment at time of reservation. Tour final payments are not due until 45 days prior to departure. You will receive an invoice reflecting your deposit paid and final payment due date. Deposits and Day Trip Payments may be made by cash, money order or check. Final Payments may be made by cash, money order, check or credit card. All prices are based on cash payments. When using a credit card, a 3% transaction fee is added. This charge comes from our credit card authorization service and is NOT implemented by us. The additional transaction fee is NOT included in our tour rates which allows us to keep your prices lower.
