CODE OF ETHICS• Inventory Buyback

• DSA requires member companies to repurchase inventory from consultants who decide to leave the business. Any inventory purchased in the 12 months previous to the consultant’s departure will be repurchased for at least 90% of what was originally paid. Therefore, there is no risk of being left with large amounts of inventory in the event the consultant is not satisfied with his or her experience.

PROSELYTING GUIDELINES

• Proselyting: an industry term used to describe the attempt to convert one or more salesforce members from one company to another.

• Proselyting is not addressed in the US Code of Ethics, but DSA in the past has adopted guidelines regarding these practices of which salespeople and companies should be aware.

PROSELYTING GUIDELINES

• It is considered unethical behavior throughout the industry for one company to target the salesforce of another company in an attempt to lure salespeople into their own organization and stop selling for their original company.

• Solicitations that present misinformation or denigrate a company can be inappropriate, unethical, misrepresentative, or even illegal and may be at odds with the Proselyting Guidelines.

• Arbonne Consultants are encouraged to contact B.E.S.T. or Customer Service directly to resolve any issues that they or a consumer may have.
