When is it due ?In Brussels: 45 days after the end of the rep. period=> We need all input 30 days earlier, i.e. Oct. 15th !

What do we need from you ?

For each task:

a) Objectives and starting point for the work at the beginning of the reporting period

b) Sub-tasks worked on and achievements made

c) Deviations from scheduled plan, reasons for this,corrective actions taken

d) List of deliverables, due date and actual/planned submission date

e) List of milestones, due date and actual/planned submission date

b) Explanatory note on any major cost item, justifying their necessity to the project, e.g.:

Costs for Kicker Magnet: 500 000 Euro. The Magnet is required for the extraction line upgrade, task 17.

If something does not work out as planned,

2. Interim socio-economic reporting questionnaire,to be completed by each contractor (=you), VERY easy.

3. Of course, any deliverable ! Cf. Annex 1 of the contract, which task has to deliver what !
