Diploma in Aviation Security Management

About the Programme This programme is designed to provide in-depth understanding of key requirements and skills necessary to successfully manage security needs in the aviation industry. It includes security threats, controls, cargo security, passenger security, intelligence, crisis management, and post-incident recovery.

This industry-based course includes six units taught by expert practitioners from within the industry and academics, with examination assessment and grading undertaken by Edith Cowan University (ECU).

Eligibility

n High School certificate equivalent to Australian year 12 or two years work experience

in a related fieldn English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL)

Exemptions may be available for certain units in lieu of previous certification in related fields, subject to University approval.
