• Changed the Menu - Dinner Buffet• Buffet: Beef Medallions, Herb Chicken, Green Beans

with Peppers, Mashed Potatoes

• On Table: Salad with 2-Dressings, Rolls & Butter, and Cheesecake

• Beverages Include: Coffee, Tea and Water Available

• Cash Bar

• There will be two buffets – four lines all together and is self-served

• Seconds will be available after everyone goes through once

• Cost: $40.00 for Sir Knights and Guests (Included with Candidate Fee)

• Reserved the rooms around the Atrium

• Rooms can be used for food and beverages

• Tables and chairs will be setup in the atrium

• Basket Raffle will be in the Atrium Friday Night

• Master’s Suite will be in the Club Room and open after 8:00 PM

• Atrium can be used to 11:00 PM

• One time charge of $100 for bed removal and storage

Basket Raffle

• Each Assembly is requested to provide a basket to be raffled off after the Banquet

• Basket should be named and have contents listed on separate card

• Try to keep basket costs around $50

• Baskets need to be dropped off in the atrium by 5:00 PM Friday

• 10:30 AM – Patriotic Degree Ceremony (Bradley, Dover and Canterbury Rooms)

• 12:45 PM – Class Picture (Immediately After Ceremony)
