NIR ON-LINE

The NIR ON-LINE (near infrared) scanner is installed on the belt that carries components into the feed mixer. The scanner continuosly analyzes the components, transferring the analysis value to the weight indicator. The indicator recalculates the weight to load in real time according to the settled value of the dry matter. System patended worldwide!!

NIR PORTABLE SOLUTIONS

AgriNIR™ & X-NIR are portable NIR analyzers for forages and grains that quantify the percentage of Humidity or Moisture (dry matter), Starch, Crude Protein, ADF, NDF, Ash and Crude Fat of the plant material being analyzed in seconds. All the data can be saved on a dedicated software: NIR TRACE Pellon can use portable analyzer to measure DM and manually adjust its value in your display.

dg precision FEEDING

dg precision FEEDING is an innovative system that allows the farmer to distribute a balanced ration to the animals, as determined by the nutritionist, thanks to the analysis of the ingredients used and optimal adjustment of their weight. The heart of the system is an NIR technology analyzer, that is installed directly on the self-propelled mixer or on the Front loader, that predicts the value of the key nutrients (Starch, protein, ADF, NDF, ash and fat) and dry substance contained in each ingredient during the loading phase. The system recalculates in real time and automatically the weight to be loaded to maintain the nutrient values proposed by the nutritionist.

What is NIR Spectroscopy?

It is based on the absorption of electromagnetic radiation (in the area of the near infrared)

The near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR) is a method for the analysis of products.

The signal that is obtained depends on the physical-chemical properties of the sample that, during the analysis, is hit by incident radiation.
