Vicon SB 1100-1200

The pick-up is equipped with a side intake

deector to increase pick-up capacity in large

swaths. The pick-up is designed for excellent

pick-up performance, even in short crop.

The pick-up is balanced by easily adjustable

suspension springs.

The optional height adjustable pick-up wheel

can be adjusted to suit varying soil and crop

conditions and to protect the pick-up frame.

The 2-twine knotter, the real hearth of the baler,

excels in its precision and reliability, and is

suitable for synthetic or sisal twine. The Vicon

SB 1200F is equipped with a two wire binder.

Feeder Forks for Even Crop Flow

Two robust feeding forks provide an active

flow of crop into the baler chamber. The fork

is equipped with a solid, automatic release

device regulating the crop flow. The second

fork is protected by a shear bolt. The large

feeder opening provides unlimited access to

the baling chamber for high throughput and

working speed.

Firm Bales for Easy Handling and

Stacking

The Vicon SB 1100-1200 are the ideal balers

for straw and hay operations, producing

medium sized square bales that are easy to

handle. Both balers are very easy to operate

and the bale size of 36x46 cm makes them

easy to handle, move around and stack.

The compact design of the balers provides

minimum soil compaction and reducedpower consumption.

High capacity operation is ensured by the

36x46 cm chamber and the high plunger speed.

The plunger is mounted on heavy duty roller

bearings.

The steel guard, covering the feeding forks,

allows the operator to follow the balers

performance at all times.

Vicon SB 1300

The Vicon SB 1300 is suitable for all kinds of

crop and with its 1.8 m pick-up its designed

for high daily output. The bale size of 36x46

cm makes them easy to handle, move

around and stack.

The 1.80 m pick-up with 5 rows of tine

bars is designed for excellent pick-up

performance, even in short crop. High

quality tines ensure high feeding capacity

in any type of crop and swath size.

The pneumatic pick-up wheels carry the

spring balanced pick-up over uneven

ground contours for a clean raking result.

Tight Knots for Even Bale Shape

Knotting

The Vicon SB 1300 is recognised by its

knotter precision and long-term reliability.

The 2-twine binder is suitable for synthetic or

sisal twine. Alternatively a two wire binder isavailable for the Vicon SB 1300F.

High capacity operation is ensured by the

36x46 cm chamber and the high plunger

speed. The plunger is mounted on heavy

duty roller bearings.
