At the heart of Regent’s College London are our Students and Staff

which is why we actively encourage their feedback both positive and

negative – we do this via our annual Student and Staff surveys. In

these surveys we seek feedback on a variety of college issues

ranging from College and School reputation, Academic Standards,

Communications, IT and Estates amongst many others. We use this

feedback to help us move forward and grow.

We developed a four email strategy, highly visual, packed with punchy, call to action copy and delivered it over an eight day period.
