Track Plus

Is a digital communication system specially designed for theharsh conditions of an underground mine for the efficienttracking of personnel and mining equipment in real time from theMine Operations Center located above ground.

How does it work? Location. Access Control. Evacuation. Man Down.

ProxAlarm

Is a solution specially designed for the harsh environment of theFresnillo plc underground mines to prevent collisions betweenmining vehicles; and proximity alarms to prevent accidents ofrunning over mine personnel.

Benefits Incident registration. Accident prevention. Access control.

Emergency buttons. Signal filtering.

How does it work? Every person and vehicle in the mine is equipped with a

digital tag. These tag are detected among each other tocertain pre-defined distances that trigger protective actionsto prevent collisions and accidents.

This capability can be extended to traffic control signalinginside the mine.



MineOps Optimizer

Is a solution specially designed to operate in the complexenvironment of the Fresnillo plc underground mines for thetracking in real time and optimization of the crew tasks assignedat the beginning of the shift to the different mine crews.

Benefits On-line operations registration. Delays prevention. Performance analysis. Emergency buttons. Increase in productivity.

How does it work? Every mining equipment operator enters the status of the

individual operation he is performing at every operationchange during the cycle through a touch panel. This touchpanel communicates through the communication networkthat exists all through the mine to the Mine Operations ControlCenter in real time.



Ventilation Plus

Is a digital solution to optimize the energy consumption of mineventilation as this is demanded all through the mine while gaslevels are maintained under international norms at the Fresnilloplc underground mines.

Benefits Safety and Health. Optimized energy consumption. Efficient use of equipment Fulfillment. Digital control.

How does it work? The solution monitors pre-defined patterns and controls the

performance of the air ventilators for each zone of the mine,drastically reducing the energy cunsumption. If the normlimits are exceeded (maximum or minimum), correspondentactions are triggered through a signal to the control board.
