ABOUT THE SEAWELL BALLROOM

Managed by the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, this over 10,000-square-foot ballroom offers a view of the Lower Downtown skyline nestled before a stunning backdrop of Longs Peak.

Centrally located in the heart of the Theater District, the Seawell Ballroom is just blocks from the Colorado Convention Center, Larimer Square, Pepsi Center, Union Station and dozens of area hotels. With our proximity to Denver International Airport and the Rocky Mountains, we like to think of our space as the best of both worlds — an urban setting with mountain views.

EVENT SERVICES TEAMSince 1998, the Denver Center for the Performing Arts has been delivering spectacular events and occasions. Our on-site Event Services managers work with our guests from initial planning through the day of your event to ensure that our clients’ dreams become a reality. Plus, our AV production team has 150 years of combined experience to deliver exceptional in-house lighting, video and sound design.
