cafes, bars, retail premises and reception areas;• Add value for both local businesses and their
customers.

• Feedback questionnaire after 12 month trial;• Gather information on SEStran’s performance
and the benefit of the system to your business.
• Information will be reported back to Scottish Enterprise to gauge the success of the project.
What happens after the trial year?
• Choose to continue with the system or opt out of the project
• Annual fee incurred in year two:
